Hot Days Suck

Time: 22 mins 35 secs (8:55 per mile)

Location: Barksdale 2-Mile Trail and Then Some

Today was the first time running as part of the afternoon PT while the gym is shut down. It sucked with the heat. Of course, I had lunch about an hour and half prior to it so that didn't help. Got a side stitich in the middle of it even though I was prepared to push it to twice as far. Yippee for side stitches.

After my run last week on Monday, I had some pain on the top of my right foot that started the day after. The top is swollen and hurts every once in a while but keeping it up and motrin takes the swelling down fairly well. During the runs it hurts for the first few minutes and then goes away. But I keep an eye on it to make sure it doesn't get worse. Don't need that right now.

  2. Hot sucks. Humidty sucks worse. So does rain. As does wind. You just have to suck it up and run anyway...
